Please read our terms and conditions before placing your order as your acceptance of these is when you have paid for your products.  We have the right to revise these rules at any time. You are expected to check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you.

 

INCORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS 

We will not be held liable for any parcels returned to us due to the customer providing incorrect shipping details. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide on the website is correct.  If the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for delivery charges again for it to be posted to you. If you do not wish to pay for shipping we will only refund the amount paid for the items. 

 

PRODUCTS
We try to our best to provide good quality photos of our products. However due to lighting we cannot always guarantee that the camera will reflect the true color of the products. Unfortunately we will not be held responsible for this. If you receive an item and feel that it is an inaccurate representation of the photo then we are more than happy to give you a refund or exchange.


ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LARGE ORDERS (15 ITEMS OR ABOVE)

If you place a large order (15 items or above) then you will be required to pay extra for shipping. If this is the case, then you will receive an email from us informing you about how much you will have to pay and we will invoice you a bill. If the bill is unpaid, then we have the right to reject your order. Our shipping prices are accordance with our courier companies, we do not profit from additional charges. If you are ordering 15 items or above you have to use the tracked service option for your country and not the standard service. This is due to the postal charges being a lot higher to send larger parcels. 


PRICING OF PRODUCTS
It is possible that sometimes products are incorrectly priced on the website. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will reject your order and notify you of the rejection. If you have already paid then you will be provided with a full refund. 
 

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are in accordance with stock levels. It may be possible that an order has been paid for and we are unable to process it because it is out of stock, if this happens then we will reject your order and provide you with a refund or exchange. We try our best to restock on the same designs and materials, however this is not always possible and we cannot guarantee this.

PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payments via World Pay. If you wish to use other payment methods such as bank transfers please contact us on info@houseofhayaa.com. Please note if you would like to do a bank transfer and reside outside the UK, then you will be charged by your bank to make an international transfer. 

COMPLAINTS
Our aim is to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience, if you feel that we have not met your standards and you would like to file a complaint please email info@houseofhayaa.com. We will review the complaint and inform you of the outcome.


REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you wish to return an item you will be required to pay for postage to return it back to us. In addition when we issue your refund we will not reimburse money for the postage you paid to have it sent to you in the original order. Customers have to request returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving the items, any requests made after the 14 day period will be rejected. 

 

EXCHANGE RATES

We will not be held responsible for any changes in the exchange rate as it is out of our control. We have a fixed price in GBP, if you request a refund it will be issued in GBP, however it could mean that you may receive less or more money in the currency you paid in. 

 

DELIVERY DELAY 

Delivery maybe delayed due to factors out of our control such as bad weather or delay within the postal service during busy periods like Christmas. Unfortunately we will not be held responsible for this.
