DELIVERY

If you place an order before 7PM (GMT) we will post your order within 1-2 working days (this excludes Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). We ship worldwide, please see below for shipping prices and information about our returns procedure. 


We are continuously working on reducing prices for shipping, however as the prices are set by our courier companies, we have to charge according to that. We review our prices on a regular basis to ensure that our customers are paying the lowest price. Please can customers ensure that they have provided the full shipping address including postcode. Providing the incorrect address will result in the parcel being returned to us and we will charge you again for delivery


ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LARGE ORDERS

The pricing below is only for orders up to 15 items, if you place a large order then you may be required to pay extra for shipping. If this is the case, then you will receive an email from us informing you about how much you will have to pay and we will invoice you a bill. If the bill is unpaid then we have the right to reject your order. Our shipping prices are accordance with our courier company, we do not profit from additional charges. If you are ordering 15 items or above then you have to use the tracked service option for your country and not the standard service.  This is due to postal charges being a lot higher to send larger parcels. 


UK

STANDARD SERVICE - £3

Parcels are posted using Royal Mail second class service. Delivery is estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). 


TRACKED SERVICE - £5

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). We will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 


EUROPE

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - £8

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).  


TRACKED SERVICE - £15

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).  


USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA

 STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - £15

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 10-18 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).


TRACKED SERVICE - £25  

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days possibly earlier. (excluding weekends and national holidays). 


MIDDLE EAST AND FAR EAST 

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SERVICE - £20

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 10-18 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).  We highly recommend that customers ordering from any countries within the Middle or Far East use the tracked service. We have been advised by our courier company that these countries have an unreliable postal system and there is a high chance of parcels getting lost and we will not be held responsible for this. 


TRACKED SERVICE - £30 

Delivery is estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days possibly earlier. (excluding weekends and national holidays).  


REST OF THE WORLD - £30

RETURNS

If you would like to return a product to use then please fill out the returns form which can be found under the 'extras' section of our homepage. Return requests have to be made within 14 days of receiving the parcel, any requests made after this time will be rejected. Once you have filled out the form you will receive an email from our team within 24 hours providing you with an address to send the item to. When we receive the items we will check that the products have been returned in their original state and packaging, after that we will authorise a refund. If we are not satisfied with the condition of the item that has been returned to us, for example if it has been worn then the refund will be rejected. Please note we do not reimburse money for the postage paid to return items to us or the money you paid to have the items sent to you in the initial order. 


DELIVERY DELAY 

Delivery maybe delayed due to factors out of our control such as bad weather or delay within the postal service during busy periods like Christmas. Unfortunately we will not be held responsible for this.
